Club Values

In 2017, the Club introduced the Club Values to all members.

The purpose behind the Club Values system was to provide members with a strong idea of the Club's Values in a series of images and values that each member could uphold.

The five values are:

AIM FOR EXCELLENCE

PERSERVERANCE

CONFIDENT ATHLETES

LOVE FOR GYMNASTICS

TEAM CULTURE

The actual values for each were thought up by the gymnasts in a brainstorming session. The Club engaged a designer to present the values with relevant imagery that you will see around the gymnasium in the form of posters on the walls and more.

The Club's vision is to slowly introduce the values to the gymnasts and ensure they uphold them by living each of the values on a daily basis. Gymnasts will be rewarded with small tokens to showcase that they have truly lived the value.
