Birthday Celebrations

Book a birthday party at Waitakere Gymnastics! We have a huge, purpose built space perfect for energetic kids to bounce, swing, jump and balance. 

The booking includes:

• a one hour gymnastics session which includes a qualified coach. The session begins with a roll call and health & safety briefing by the coach in charge. Next is a fun warm up, an instructed gymnastics circuit, followed by fun games and free play
• access to a party space area on the upstairs mezzanine area. Tables & chairs are provided.
• access to the fully equipped kitchen - stove top, oven, fridge & freezer, cutlery, plates & cups

What is not included:

• Party food & drinks, including cake
• Any particular party cups, napkins, cutlery & table decorations
• Party decorations

 

Session Availability: 

Sunday 10:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-3:00pm

 

Price:

The cost for a birthday party is $250 for up to 10 children. The booking form below is for 10 children only. If you would like more than 10 children to attend the party, the cost is an extra $20 per child. For bookings over 10 children please call us direct on (09)827 5394 or email recreation@waitakeregymnastics.co.nz

All those participating in the gym session must wear:

• bare feet - no shoes in the gymnasium
• comfortable form fitting clothing like shorts or leggings, a T-shirt or singlet, no belts or zippers, please.
• leotards are optional
• long hair must be tied back so it doesn't get caught in equipment
  
  

Booking terms & conditions

1. By making the booking and paying for the booking online, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking. Check in with the coach in charge who will show you the birthday party area for set up and take a roll of all participating children and a health and safety briefing.
3. No food or drink is allowed in the gymnasium. All food and drink must be kept upstairs.
4. The kitchen and upstairs party area must be left in the condition it was found. The tables must be wiped down, the kitchen cleaned and all rubbish placed in the required bins. Failure to do may incur a $30 cleaning fee.
5. Changing a Booking: If you wish to change the number of children attending or wish to change the date or session time of the booking, please email recreation@waitakeregymnastics.co.nz, quoting your booking reference or order number and the surname listed on the booking.
6. Cancelling a Booking: If you wish to cancel the booking, you can do so within 3 days prior to the date of the of the party and will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel the booking within the 3 days prior to the date of the party, we will refund you the full amount less $50 administration fee.
