We've changed the way you book classes!

Hi to our members old and new,

We have recently changed the way we allow our members to book classes.

What's changed?

From September 5th, 2022, we are now using the Friendly Manager software which allows our club to easily manage parent information, gymnast profiles, classes, attendance and more.

To run this efficiently, we recently removed the way we handle booking on the website from a registration free process with a simple class booking, cart and checkout system.

We will now use Friendly Manager and require customers to either log in as a previous member or register as a new member and create a profile. This is a simple process of gathering parent information and gymnast information. You'll only need to do this once. During creation of that profile, you'll user your email address and select a password to log into the Friendly Manager portal. From there, you'll be able to select and book your desired class.

Payment is a similar process, you checkout inside Friendly Manager and pay by credit card to secure your class.

This is the same process to book school holiday programmes or book birthday parties.

You'll also be able to log in anytime and see your child or children's class, attendance and where relevant, important notices.

Are you getting a "User not found" message?

Are you trying to log in and getting a user not found message and can't get a reset password?  This means you've been registered in our system in the past but are not currently activated for booking online. This will only affect a small number of past members and we do apologise for any inconvenience.

To fix this, we just need to enable a simple setting. Please email us at office@waitakeregymnastics.co.nz or call +649 827 5394 . We will need your email address and the name of your child.
